1. Ordering

4. Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping costs include both postage and packaging expenses. An estimated shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart based on the selected or primary shipping method.

Available shipping options depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. You may select the delivery method that best suits you from the options provided at checkout, where the final shipping cost is clearly presented.
5. Delivery
Typical delivery times within Finland vary depending on the order and the chosen delivery method, generally between 1–5 working days. For deliveries outside Finland, the estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout after selecting the destination country and preferred shipping method.
Any exceptions to estimated delivery times—such as out-of-stock items—will be indicated during checkout, and customers will be informed of any unexpected delays as soon as possible.

6. Return Policy
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), have received the last shipment of goods. In the case of downloadable or digital products, the withdrawal period begins from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by email or by mail). You may use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed Items
An unclaimed package is not considered a valid return or cancellation. We will charge you for the delivery costs of unclaimed packages if a separate withdrawal notice has not been provided.
7. Troubling situations
If a product is missing, damaged during delivery, or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The notification should be sent to the email address provided in the Right to Withdraw section: info@mylimonella.com
If the package is clearly damaged upon delivery, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company responsible for the delivery before accepting the package.
